EXCHANGE POLICY Grayson Design Studio offers quality handcrafted artisan jewelry. In the unlikely event you are experiencing a problem, please contact us immediately at email@example.com . As is true with any fine jewelry, our products are not meant as toys.
Damaged Items: Unless otherwise noted, products sold by Grayson Design Studio are guaranteed “no damage on arrival”. Should the product be damaged on arrival, Grayson Design Studio will replace*/repair it. Upon receipt, if you discover your purchase is damaged, you must indicate the nature of the damage on the bill of lading. If the package is damaged upon delivery, you must mark “refuse package” on the unopened box. We will replace the damaged item free of charge. Damaged items exchange requests must be submitted by email within 3 days of shipment receipt (based on tracking information) and must include a Return Authorization number. There will be no exchanges for opened product unless identifiably defective.
Defective Items: If the product received is deemed by us to be defective, Grayson Design Studio will replace*/repair it (sorry, no refunds) . The item or items need to be returned pre-paid by the buyer (shipping/handling is not reimbursable) and must include a Return Authorization Number.
How to Obtain a Return Authorization Number: You must request a Return Authorization number within 3 business days of shipment receipt (based on tracking information). NO EXCHANGES/REPAIRS will be accepted without an Return Authorization number. To request an Return Authorization number, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org You will receive an email from us including an Return Authorization number, which needs to be printed clearly on the outside of the shipping package for the items being exchanged. The email will include any instructions needed to return your item or items for exchange*/repair. Once issued, Return Authorization numbers are valid for 10 business days and will not be extended for any reason. The item or items must be received by Grayson Design Studio within this time period. Returns must be sent pre-paid. No return sent COD will be accepted.
Any package sent to Grayson Design Studio without an Return Authorization will not be accepted. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing exchanges*/repairs once we receive the item. To check the status of an exchange*/repair, you may send an email to email@example.com. Again, please be sure to include your Return Authorization and your Order ID #.
* Since all items are handcrafted and one-of-a-kind, replacement or exchange means with an item that is similar. You may choose to have the item repaired. You may also choose a different item of equal value. (sorry, no refunds).
